The AdaptAlert™ EAS Activation from Warning Systems, Inc. (WSI) gives broadcasters a low-cost add-on system that will enable an existing EAS encoder/decoder to receive Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) messages and activate the Emergency Alert System (EAS). AdaptAlert enhances the broadcast station’s alerting capabilities that result in a more reliable system with a clearer audio message for AMBER Alerts and other public safety or emergency warnings. WSI’s AdaptAlert™ EAS Activation Systems are compliant with the Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) standard and have been tested by FEMA.
